Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley and Airport Director Brian Dranzik will host a media event to announce the launch of a new American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting service designed to improve accessibility and enhance the travel experience for hearing impaired travelers.
MKE will now provide free access to the Aira ASL app, which allows travelers to connect on-demand with a professional ASL interpreter while at the Airport. MKE Airport is the first location in the state to offer free access to this service. A demonstration of the app will be provided.
