San José, Calif. – After resounding customer feedback, San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is bringing a parking loyalty program to life. Following a successful soft launch on April 22, the program – SJC Park Perks – is now available to the public.
SJC Park Perks is free to join and allows customers to earn points each time they book. Members earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying online parking reservations. Points accumulate automatically and can be redeemed for discounts and exclusive offers, with more benefits unlocked at higher tiers.
The program includes four membership tiers:
- Sightseer (0–149 points): Earn points on every stay and access member-only offers.
- Jetsetter (150–499 points): Receive early access to promotions and additional discounts.
- Voyager (500–999 points): Unlock enhanced discounts and priority access to offers.
- World Traveler (1,000+ points): Enjoy premium perks, including annual SJC-branded gifts, exclusive upgrades (subject to availability), and top-tier rewards.

Points are earned after each completed parking stay and remain valid for three years. Tier eligibility resets annually on Jan. 1. The program applies to online reservations only, and promotional offers may not be combined.
