ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Mardi Mendenhall as Airport Revenue Development Manager for Boise Airport. In this role, Ms. Mendenhall will serve as a senior leader within the airport’s business development and commercial services functions, leading initiatives that drive long-term financial sustainability through strategic revenue generation, commercial development, and property utilization.

Ms. Mendenhall brings experience in airport properties, commercial development, lease administration and contract management. She currently serves as Properties & Contracts Manager at Boise Airport, where she manages revenue-generating leases, rental car concession agreements and commercial property arrangements while supporting property development, asset utilization and revenue-growth initiatives. She previously served as Properties and Contracts Coordinator at Boise Airport, working closely with tenants, developers, consultants and City departments on lease negotiations, compliance, property evaluations and commercial opportunities. Earlier in her career, Ms. Mendenhall spent eight years as a REALTOR® in Idaho, where she developed extensive experience in real estate transactions, contract negotiations, market analysis and property valuation.
