Guadalajara, Sept. 10, 2026 – Volaris is launching three new routes connecting Guadalajara with some of the most attractive and dynamic destinations in the United States: Boston, Raleigh-Durham and Nashville, with operations beginning Oct. 15.

With this expansion, Guadalajara solidifies its position as Volaris’s undisputed hub, surpassing 65 destinations and reaching more than 100 daily flights, strengthening the airline’s presence in western Mexico. The new routes expand the connectivity map between Guadalajara and the United States.

Boston, one of the great centers of education, science and innovation in the U.S., and Raleigh-Durham, the heart of the Research Triangle in technology and research, reinforce Volaris’s presence on the East Coast, while Nashville, the world capital of country music, expands the airline’s offering toward the central United States.

“The nonstop flight to Guadalajara operated by Volaris will connect two dynamic and innovative hubs and generate new opportunities for business, collaboration and growth,” said Michael Landguth, President and CEO of the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority. “It will also strengthen ties between our vibrant communities by making it easier for travelers from North Carolina’s Research Triangle region to visit family and friends.”

“Volaris’ arrival in Nashville marks an important milestone in the expansion of our international service for the Middle Tennessee region. This new nonstop route to Guadalajara gives our travelers direct access to one of Mexico’s most important cultural and economic hubs, along with convenient connections to key destinations across the country and beyond through Volaris’ largest hub,” said Doug Kreulen, President and CEO of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority. “As demand for international travel grows, we remain committed to offering passengers practical, valuable options; this partnership with Volaris reflects that mission. We’re excited to see this route thrive and to keep strengthening international connectivity to meet our region’s needs.”

These three routes join the previously announced routes to Atlanta, a gateway to the southeastern United States and one of the country’s leading business and logistics hubs, and Washington Dulles, which connects western Mexico with the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. Both routes will move up their start of operations to Oct. 15, giving travelers the opportunity to enjoy fall experiences starting this season, such as the changing leaves in the forests of the northeastern United States, or seasonal events in the U.S. capital, like the fall bloom at the National Mall and its Smithsonian museums.

“With the launch of five routes, Volaris strengthens Jalisco’s connectivity to the United States through direct connections to strategic cities such as Washington, Atlanta, Raleigh, Boston and Nashville. This expansion represents an important step forward for the state, as it brings our destinations closer to key points and expands direct connection options to one of our main international markets,” said Michelle Fridman Hirsch, Jalisco’s Secretary of Tourism.

With 15 years of operations in the United States, Volaris has built one of the most important networks between both countries, reaching a presence in 28 U.S. cities. For the airline, Guadalajara’s growth represents a connectivity strategy designed to bring markets, communities and opportunities closer together, and to keep Mexican families connected on both sides of the border.

“Guadalajara is one of the pillars of our connectivity strategy. From here, we are extending our wings to new U.S. cities so our Customers can travel more, discover new destinations, visit their loved ones and take advantage of new opportunities, always with accessible fares, direct flights and the quality of service that defines Volaris,” said Holger Blankenstein, Executive Vice President, Commercial and Operations at Volaris.

Tickets for all new routes are now on sale through Volaris.com and the airline’s official app. As part of this launch promotion, fares on the new international routes start at $90 USD.
