LINCOLN, NE – The Lincoln Airport Authority has named Jeri Winkelmann as Director of Administration and Finance. In this role, Ms. Winkelmann will direct and manage all fiscal policies and practices, human resources and administrative functions related to the Authority’s enterprise. She will begin her position on March 28, 2022.
Bringing more than 25 years of financial experience, Ms. Winkelmann most recently was the Chief Financial Officer for Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties in Nebraska. In that position, she was responsible for the financial management of all agency operations and ensuring compliance with all GAAP, federal, state and local regulations for over 19 million dollars in funding. Previously, she served as Executive Director for Metro Omaha Medical Society and Foundation and was Conference Treasurer/Director of Administrative Services for the Nebraska Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Ms. Winkelmann earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
