SEATTLE, WA – Conrac Solutions, consolidated rent-a-car facility developer, operator and financier, announced that James R. Gill, A.A.E., has been appointed as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, effective Jan. 9, 2023.
“We are looking forward to having Jim’s talent, expertise and experience on board,” said Conrac Solutions’ CEO Michael Minerva. “He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team in the areas of leadership and finance along with a strategic and fiscally conscience approach to the current and future rent-a-car industry and airports CS serves through the Tenant Development Approach.”
Mr. Gill joins Conrac Solutions on the heels of his most recent role as General Manager of New Jersey airports for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey during which he oversaw operations and management of Newark Liberty International Airport and Teterboro Airport. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Gerald R. Ford International Airport and COO and CFO for Allegheny County Airport Authority (Pittsburgh International and Allegheny County Airports).

Mr. Gill brings more than two decades of experience to his role at Conrac Solutions, where he’ll oversee operational functions including finance, human resources, information technology and administration with responsibility for financial performance, compliance and capital and operating budgets. He is an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) with the American Association of Airport Executives and is accredited as an International Airport Professional (IAP). He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
