Aviation specialist brings more than 35 years of construction experience
SAN DIEGO (May 15, 2024) – Henry Dumaran has joined HNTB as aviation program management/construction management division lead and vice president. He is based in the firm’s San Diego office and will grow the practice to support aviation clients throughout the West.
“Henry’s hands-on construction experience on a wide range of complex projects will continue to advance the PM/CM and aviation services we provide to clients,” said Mark Weber, HNTB San Diego office leader and vice president. “He has worked on some significant airport programs across the West region.”
Dumaran has more than 35 years of experience in construction including aviation, heavy civil, subway stations, high rise buildings and schools. Most recently, he led the Boarding Area B Terminal 1 Renovation and Expansion Project at San Francisco International Airport and directed the Delta LAX Redevelopment Program at Los Angeles International Airport.
Dumaran received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Pangasinan, Philippines. He is a registered General Contractor Class B in the state of California and is a certified Design-Build Professional.
