MEMPHIS, TENN. (February 20, 2023) Memphis International Airport (MEM) has launched a new interactive 3D map feature at www.flymemphis.com. The new Where We Fly feature allows passengers to view routes and destinations, search for destinations by personal interests, explore destinations through short video reels, save trip playlists, and share travel plans with others.
The new map can be found at https://flymemphis.com/where-we-fly.
MEM is partnering with WhereWeFly, a software company that provides interactive mapping and destination marketing to airports as well as FlightPath3D applications that are used by more than 70 major airlines.
The new feature is mobile friendly and allows passengers to filter the map by flight duration, airline, and specific interests such as beaches. The map shows passengers which airlines serve certain destinations and provides scheduling information, as well as links to airline websites to enable booking. Passengers can also view a series of informational videos about each destination served by MEM. Travel details can be shared by email, text or social media.
“We are very excited to roll out this new interactive feature for our passengers,” said Scott Brockman, MSCAA President and CEO. “Our Where We Fly map provides extensive information about MEM’s destinations and will be a valuable planning tool for our travelers.”
PAVIX: Proven Winner for All Airport Concrete Infrastructure
International Chem-Crete Corporation (ICC) manufactures and sells PAVIX, a unique line of crystalline waterproofing products that penetrate into the surface of cured concrete to fill and seal pores and capillary voids, creating a long lasting protective zone within the concrete substrate.
Once concrete is treated, water is prevented from penetrating through this protective zone and causing associated damage, such as freeze-thaw cracking, reinforcing steel corrosion, chloride ion penetration, and ASR related cracking.
This white paper discusses how the PAVIX CCC100 technology works and its applications.
