ORLANDO, FL. – The benchmark for total number of passengers continues to be broken at Orlando International Airport (MCO). May statistics indicate another record for the total number of people traveling through MCO during a 12-month period, up to nearly 40.5 million.
Long term carrier commitments to Orlando International and Central Florida were reflected in May as a number of airlines celebrated service anniversaries at MCO. Virgin Atlantic celebrated 24 years of service at Orlando International, Alaska Airlines celebrated 13 years and Norwegian 2 years.
Contributing to the healthy May numbers was a 168 thousand seat increase in capacity by the airlines and a number of sizable conventions visiting the area including the American Association of Orthodontists and the largest for the month, MegaCon with over 40 thousand attendees.

PAVIX: Proven Winner for All Airport Concrete Infrastructure
International Chem-Crete Corporation (ICC) manufactures and sells PAVIX, a unique line of crystalline waterproofing products that penetrate into the surface of cured concrete to fill and seal pores and capillary voids, creating a long lasting protective zone within the concrete substrate.
Once concrete is treated, water is prevented from penetrating through this protective zone and causing associated damage, such as freeze-thaw cracking, reinforcing steel corrosion, chloride ion penetration, and ASR related cracking.
This white paper discusses how the PAVIX CCC100 technolgy works and its applications.
